Refund policy

At WYLD & BLUME, we want you to feel confident and in love with every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy. 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Sent back in their original packaging

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your return status. 

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment
• Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Depending on your bank. 

Return Shipping

• We offer complimentary return shipping on all eligible returns
• No restocking fees will be applied
